In accordance with the provisions of Articles 6-III and 19 of Law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on Confidence in the Digital Economy, hereinafter referred to as the "L.C.E.N.", users and visitors, hereinafter referred to as the "User", to the www.michaelbohler.ch website, hereinafter referred to as the "Site", are hereby informed of the present legal notice.

Connection to and browsing of the Site by the User implies full and unreserved acceptance of these legal notices.

The Site is accessible at all times, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, except in the event of force majeure, scheduled or unscheduled interruption and in the event of maintenance.

 

In the event of modification, interruption or suspension of the Site, the Publisher shall not be held liable.

The Site ensures that the User's personal data is collected and processed with respect for privacy in accordance with the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978.
